"Sold wrong product. Returned. Then told I had to buy twice the product. Manager turned into a Karen. Never saw that before. Wish I never bought anything from these people with an "I could not care less" attitude. If I could give a zero stars I would."

"The worst place ever. Floor and Decor has better locations and this is not one of them. Terrible customer service One young female employee w a nose piercing, tan, black hair, very rude. We bought 15 tiles which each one weighs 57 lbs. A male associate handed over the cart to me while he sees I’m going to struggle with it. Worthless and useless. Another male employee at the register standing there just looking around says “I’m not open” then we go to another associate who is open and also rude. Didn’t bother greeting us. Nothing. We went to the front of the store to load the floor and had our truck there. Then we loaded the truck and stood there talking to some other people who helped us. Then this young employee I had first mentioned comes out annoyed and asking what we were doing while she was pushing a cart full of items that weigh like 5 pounds and about to load a truck. So my husband proceeded asking her “Why didn’t you guys help us load our tile?” And she said “Well you guys didn’t ask!” Isn’t that common sense? To help a CUSTOMER load tile where ONE box weighs almost 60 pounds? This store is full of employees who do not want to work, at least not the ones working today. I don’t think I go to a restaurant and a waitress says “Well you didn’t ask for napkins! Why would I get you some napkins if you never asked!” It’s common sense. Management needs to get these employees some better training in customer service and helping customers load products that are very heavy. Absolutely never returning to this location again. The other Floor and Decor locations I have visited have absolutely wonderful customer service. 0 stars if I could give it 0"

"Asa was an outstanding assistant! He was patient with our many questions and he even knew the answers. The store is easy to get to and the selection was great. We look forward to working with Paula and choosing the final colours."

"Wide selection, good prices but organization is odd. Must find sales associate to buy something, true for anything you need to order. In theory could load cart with in stock items, but you need an associate to load them. Not hard to find assistance, but harder to ask detailed technical question. Still selection and prices make it worth it."

"Connie our designer is a professional and her work should be in Architectural Digest. The colors and design were better than anticipated. I wished I took a before shot but the new bathroom is completely changed. We wanted something more neutral so a man could feel comfortable as well. See the pics on the layout right down to a quartz countertop and other details."
