"From the moment we walked in Jerry was very short and rude. He had no intention of helping us and continuously said he had no knowledge in most of the items in the store. We wanted to buy a couple thousands of dollars of electric equipment and asked for batteries to check all the settings but he gave us the same blank stare and said he didn't have a single battery with any charge in the back.... wow great customer service and your company just lost out on even more money in the future because we are taking our business elsewhere."

"Won't use them again!!! Warranty repair of the carburetor which all of a sudden my auger was rusted, and shear pin was an issue. Mind you, the unit is less than 2 years old, used for one season, 2 times. $178 later I have my snowblower. I don't trust them, think it was unlikely there was an auger issue! The price TJ repair the auger was about the same as the auger repair.I would advise that people should find a better option, I would never use them!"

"Terrible service. I paid $70 so they would diagnose a Stihl MS 290 that would not start or run. It appeared to have a fuel leak. They spent four weeks and told me that the saw could not be fixed because the piston was scored. I bought a fuel line kit on Amazon for $12, installed it, the saw runs great. Stay away from this shop."

"Customer service is terrible. All I needed was a throttle cable for a mower. Counter guy wouldn't even talk about about options and just said "I need the model number" and was very condescending. First and last time I stop here."
