"Check the delivery before they unload it! I got some great growing soil (pick-up) and some gravel (delivered) from here. They are very nice to deal with and the prices are good, but my only problem was that the gravel was like 30% very fine crushed dust. I didn't realize that until it was sitting in a huge pile in my driveway so I used it anyway but now plants are taking root and growing out of it. Pretty disappointing."

"Excellent customer service and the best pricing we could find in the metro area. I'm extremely satisfied with our experience. My wife did most of the work to arrange a delivery and she had nothing but good things to say. They were patient with her questions and went above and beyond in explaining how things would work. When I was out to look at product, one of the yard workers came to me and ask if I needed assistance with anything. I declined, as I was only there for samples, but he further offered help in case I needed to load anything. On top of that, the delivery came faster than we expected, and the driver was very pleasant. He made sure we had the right product, the right amount, and asked where we wanted it dropped. Before he left, he was sure to ask if there was anything else we needed. Overall, I was left with a great impression. This is how I expect businesses to treat customers!"
