"Had an initial intake with Pedro Magdaleno. It was a Webx meeting and when he let me into the meeting he asked me two questions both of which I responded to and then suddenly ended the meeting without any notification or explanation. I then text him letting him know that the call was ended and he responded back saying that he ended it because of my facial expressions of being deeply engrossed in my screen. He told me that he had make space for me and that his time is valuable and that I seemed focused on my computer. Kinda hard to not be focused on my computer when that's where I was calling him from. Please find comfort in other counselors because this one does not care to help people at all."

"No follow through with email inquiries. People come to you for help, and you ignore them? What is it with these mental health doctors? They all treat people so poorly, disposable in a sense. People come to you at their worst, seeking help, and they get ignored or treated poorly."
