Falcon Urgent Care

"I hands down love this clinic more than any other urgent care I have been to. After moving away from Peyton I will still make the drive to this urgent care, because the staff are wonderful. Wait times are always the greatest, but that comes with the understanding that if some one else's needs are more urgent then yours, you wait. Just like an ER or any other Urgent Care. The amount of negative reviews I have seen is ridiculous. Considering the clinic has I don't know maybe 4-5 rooms for patients they can get backed up. This is not an issue for me personally. My family has always received amazing care from the front desk, nurses,and doctors on staff. If you're looking for a quick in and out I suggest you go to a more main stream clinic that serves the mass population of Colorado Springs and not the small rural areas. Thank you to all the amazing staff over at Falcon Urgent Care for your dedication, and willingness to continue to treat patients even after the doors are closed for the day. "PA Carmela ( I may have gotten that wrong) and nurse Evon ( also may have gotten that wrong ) both had great bedside manners and got me in and out quickly. They were both so kind. I diagnosed with Covid so I at least know what is going on and we discussed possible help. Grateful for them and getting to walk in and out without exposing others or being exposed to anything else while sick. The receptionist was also sweet wishing me to feel better. I think I was only there for about an hour and was able to wait in my car which was really nice when feeling so sick."

"I tried this provider for the first time last night looking for a second opinion after being left to suffer by a major provider in Colorado Springs. The difference here was night and day. They were compassionate and spent a lot of time with me to properly diagnose my illness. They could tell how bad a felt and did everything possible to make me comfortable during triage. I am extremely grateful for the care extended"

"Overall have had good experiences here. Wait times are almost always short, staff is great most of the time, and service is good. They do, however, like to play silly games at times that are incredibly annoying. We went in to get an x-ray and get swabbed for strep throat and the provider indicated that they could do one that day and we could go back the next day to get the other. So they just want to get paid twice for the same patient... An absolutely absurd request. I'll go there for little things like simple infections, but other than that I'll go elsewhere."
