"Been there several times I've never seen hide nor hair of the doctor and the front desk is beyond terrible. On the rare occasions when they answer their phones, they are incompetent and insanely rude. I would use another doctor sooner than go back here. If you can't get through to the doctors it doesn't make any darn difference how good they are when their front desk sucks that means you're not getting good customer service and you need to go somewhere else. I'm gonna tell my doctor to stop referring people to this office. Evidently he's buddies with the actual doctor whom you never see. He needs to know how bad this office is. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one or zero if you only that was possible is because Erin seems like a nice person."

"My father had a stroke and needs some neurological attention. We were referred to Peak Neuro and had our first appointment with Dr. Stone in December. We both spoke with him for a while, explaining what had happened, what our concerns are, where we had been up until this point, and what to do next. He was going to gather the patent records and review them before our next appointment which was 6 weeks later. Fast forward, out most recent appointment was no different from the first. The office had obtained no records, Dr. Stone reviewed no patient history, and we received no call to reschedule. I left our last appointment very upset. Bottom line, they did not do what they said they would do, what they were supposed to do. We wasted our time, and when your brain is dying, time is everything. Dr. Stone seemed to listen to my concerns, but then summarily dismissed them, said ‘he’s doing fine’, which he decidedly is not. He then scheduled a follow-up appointment in 3 months, which I cancelled, since it has become quite clear there is nothing he can offer. Very disappointed."
