Flagship Health is a new office, super clean facility, with helpful and available staff. Any time I contact the office manager he always has an answer or gets back to me with an answer. The Doc understand the VA Claims system at a very high level and also has worked with young and old clients, and has a good understanding of health limits and where each person should be at in their life. I have not had any issues so far with Flagship, my company uses CIGNA insurance and the billing has been seamless without issue.
