"Go ANYWHERE else. When they code your appointment wrong your insurance will refuse to pay. Then they send it to collections. I called and they acknowledged the mistake and said they would re-code it for insurance. In the meantime they had sent the bill to collections. I paid it to avoid issues with having something in collections. Checked back with insurance and they NEVER sent the re-coded information and now it’s too late to do so. They do not care about people or the impact their mistakes have. Just happy to get their money. Find a more reputable place to go that knows how to do the backend work. Otherwise don’t both using insurance, you’ll just pay out of pocket anyway!!"

"I went here for an endoscopy and everything went great. The staff were super nice and I got quick results. However, a few weeks later I received a separate bill for a "facility fee" of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS that I was unaware of and did not agree to. Denver hospital also charges a fee like that and those are not covered by insurance. These corporations are basically charging you for their building rent, not medical services rendered. I would advise finding a place that doesn't expect you to pay for the actual building itself, because your insurance wont."

"Nice office, friendly staff. However… After removal of two polyps, had to go to emergency for excessive hemorrhaging the very next day. When I initially called the after hours Endoscopy Center nurse and described what was happening, she instructed me to go to a hospital ER. After release from the hospital 18 hours later, never received a call back from Endoscopy Center to check on my condition. It wasn’t until I reached out to them that I was okay and shared the details of my ER visit did I receive a call from the doctor who performed the first colonoscopy. During the colonoscopy in the hospital ER, the doctor there discovered and removed another polyp that was missed during the first procedure. Lastly, when the doctor at Endoscopy Center initially introduced himself, he was dressed very casually in civilian attire and didn’t have any identification displayed indicating he was a doctor, let alone an employee of the center. It was through his friendly interaction and conversations with nurses and other staff did I assume he was who he claimed to be. Consequently, I will not be going back to this business nor give them a recommendation to family and friends."

The entire practice is very professional and they know what they are doing. If you are reading reviews on this practice, it’s time to stop searching-this is the place you want!"
