"While initially the doctor who helped me here was very efficient in attending me, he gave me a recommendation to get a hearing aid at Colorado Springs Ear Associates. I went and the place was not willing to do so and the Department Vocational Rehab had told me to come back to this office that they recommended which I was already going to previously to receive a recommendation. Well, I told the doctor my issues with the other place that he recommended and said he would look into it and would call me back. I had to call this office multiple times and even show up because I was not given the answer I needed. Ended up telling me to please use the referral he gave me. What an embarrassment to be a patient at a location that is not willing to help and is not understanding whatsoever. This place is great to get procedures done and doctors appointments but horrible at keeping their end of the bargain."

"Recently Dr. Whinery and his staff helped resolve a serious and sudden problem I was experiencing with ruptured blood vessels in both nostrils of my nose on the septum wall causing excessive bleeding. Dr. Whinery was really great!. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and solved the issue through several in-office procedures. Also his upbeat, friendly and compassionate manner was a welcome relief while dealing with a most distressing issue. In addition, the entire staff was also very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!"
