"I really love the doctors here,the front office staff at this location is not very friendly,makes very snarky comments if you are a Medicaid patient, doesn't look at your current history and likes to be degraded to in front of a full lobby. Then sits and plays with her hair the entire time like flipping it crazy and giggling. I was under the impression it was a professional company that cared. I am completely discouraged from feeling safe here or that my information is safe considering the front desk and that they have access........"

"One of the most comforting offices I have ever stepped foot in, after 50 yrs of going to Dr.’s offices. The staff is genuinely warm, friendly, and caring. My primary introduction was to Cassie over the phone and she was patient and so informative, rather than short and abrupt. Upon meeting her in person, she was exactly like her phone demeanor (Quick note: Cassie was feeling in from one of their other locations). Although, she was pitch-hitting she handled everything so smoothly Being I was a brand new patient, call me impressed. Upon sitting in the waiting room I met some great people other patients. Linda then came out to retrieve me. Upon talking to her I was immediately at at ease by her warm, and inviting disposition. She took her time asking me my historical medical questions during my intake. She did not rush me nor did she make me to feel as if she had to churn and burn through patients like so many other Dr’s offices I’ve been to in prior years. My Nurse Practitioner, Keenan Griego, AGNP hands down was the best I’ve come across this far. Their isn’t eight words to describe his character and disposition. He was intelligent, caring, knowledgeable on subjects not related to western medicine, empathetic, and more than that extremely competent. Couldn’t ask for a better office during this stage of my life. A++++ to Center Pointe, North Office. Hats off to ask the staff here."
