"I've been a patient with peak vista for almost 11 years. I've had a stroke, had brain surgery, have copd, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, and now Achilles tendonitis. In the last 5 years 4 doctors have left. I have chronic pain as well. In the last 6 months my provider would cancel or not be there the day of my booked appointment. They sent a referral 11 days now sent and still havent heard anything. Now they are refusing to fill a presription because my provider left. I've been on this medication for all of the real bad pain and a very low dose of it as well. You have done multiple MRI, xrays and those test did confirm the diagnosis that was mentioned above. If you can go elsewhere. They have lost focus on the patients and Drs come and go so there is no way to have that Dr and patient relationship"
