"Such a great staff here and they are so helpful and kind. They have helped our family for the last 4.5 years and we have never had billing mixups, rude medical staff, delays in service, etc. They are very smart, great bedside manner and offer actual treatments. I have an 8.5 year old so sickness runs through our house constantly and the urgent care here is hardly ever a waiting game. Gotta love good Western Medicine. Dr Rachel Wilneson and her team as super good. The pediatricians are very kind to my kiddo, the urgent care staff, on the weekedsays, are the best we've ever experienced. Some nasayers have had unfortunate experiences but often times people have expectations that are out of touch with actual reality."

"My mom's provider left this office for a new practice. My mom wanted to stick with him, so she wanted to have her med records sent to his new place of practice. Had a hell of a time getting her med records sent over in a timely fashion before her new appointment. She requested them far in advance and signed all the appropriate forms, but it was like pulling teeth. Her records never made it to the new place. She had to request hardcopies since they couldn't do digital and that cost her $$$$$$$. Also, she had to physically get in the car and drive over there several times to Re-Request and Re-Resign releases for them to do this for her. Some receptionist named Bob ridiculed her and acted like she was a bother. He laughed at her! He found humor in her struggle with MVue. He found it funny that this was upsetting to her. My mom had suffered a traumatic head injury, brain bleeds, stroke , and this is the S]!+ they pull on Seniors at this practice. Shame on them. Bob sukz and I'm sure glad she got the Heck away from these Incompetents. Bob, you need mental help and you should not be in any aspect of healthcare!"

"They genuinely don't care about your continued existence outside of the bill. They will lie about what they did on their reports, and they do not listen to your concerns, nor do they care. They won't let you schedule an appointment if you have any outstanding balance too. The front desk ladies are as helpful as they can be, but talking to the doctors is like describing color to an obstinate blind person. Good luck if you go here."

"Be careful when you enter Matthews-Vu Medical Group at 4190 E. Woodmen Road Suite 100, bottom level. They are having issues with their hard title floors that are right in front of the reception desks areas in both sections. The floors are extremely slick, like they have been super waxed. I slipped and fell on Thursday, May 25, 2023, at 8:30am. I twisted and sprained my left ankle really bad, fell on both of my knees in the hard tile, and fell on my left side of my body. They barely did anything to help me after I fell. I got a quick exam, and they sent me on my way, with no ace bandage wrap nor an ice pack. I asked to get my ankle x-ray to make sure it wasn't broken, and they had me walk up the stairs to get the x-ray at UCHealth imaging clinic. I was very disappointed with the lack of care I received after this incident. They should have taken me to their urgent care to get seen. And I had to chase down the incident report the next day so I had it for my records. They admitted they have been having issues with their floors and their maintenance, and the cleaning company isn't doing anything to fix the issue. Anyone know Frank Azar's number?? If you go to Matthews-Vu Medical Group at this location, please use caution and walk on the black mats if you can. Avoid slipping and falling!!"

"There is a nice atmosphere at this practice. The staff are very helpful and consistent. The physicians, NPs and PAs seem to put in a good effort to work together. They are trying to expand I to specialties. I'm not sure how this works. I'm on my 3rd PCP in 2 years. Don't know the cause but I need consistency for sure. They are absolutely wonderful about getting things done with other offices, pharmacies, etc."
