"My insurance set this place as my PCP, and I tried getting it all set up when it did, it's been more than a year and nothing has changed or worked. Total waste of time."
"I needed to find a Primary for my son who is on Medicaid, and when I called they said they were accepting new patients. Great! I stopped looking around. They needed my son's medical records first though and we signed all papers. After about a month with no word, I called and they said they received his records, but now we have to see if he will be a good fit?? No communication &, still no word another month later. If I had know this, I could have been actively searching for a different primary. Complete waste of time and honestly wouldn't want a place as unprofessional as this. I hope this review helps spare someone else from wasting there time also."
"I honestly I don’t know where to begin. This office is absolutely unorganized and any patient will tell you that. Employees are treated horribly. The providers do an okay job, but there is so much improvement to be done on the back end. It’s extremely inconvenient to clients to have a constant revolving door of employees & that’s anywhere you go. As an employee Dr. Chuks refused to provide me a job offer letter, when transitioning, and when I finally got some time in refused to provide a pay stub as if there was an illegal operation going on. As an employee, I’m entitled to that. They will hang up in your face when addressing your concerns. If it wasn’t for the money, they wouldn’t care about their patients either. The systems are so outdated that it affects patient health because they run slow and things get backed up, but the employees will get blamed for something like a printer being broken. I got told that if my W-2 doesn’t come in the mail, then they won’t resend it. Had I been able to pick it up in person I would love to get out their hair, but now I’m have to play a waiting game & we’re almost at the deadline. With the lack of communication, they didn’t think it’d be wise to get an updated address. I’ve been nothing but respectful, just to receive disrespect in return. They had me fulfilling nurse duties as a medical assistant while underpaying me tremendously. I was wrong for voicing that. If they heard their employees out, then maybe they’d be able to keep some. The training was very poor. I was a month in and was still learning protocols of the office. I put in notice for a court date that lasted longer than expected and that’s why I was terminated, but they arrived late everyday to the office. Everyday I would have to wait in my car until they came to unlock the office, & that would set us behind in schedule. That’s very hypocritical. The hours are not consistent. I really don’t know how they managed to have a contract with UC Health.I’m very thankful God removed me from this place."
"The people here have been really nice to me but can’t seem to move fast with anything. I am a military wife and getting my medical records transferred here when we moved in June took almost a month and they didn’t let me know they were having trouble getting them at first so I had to keep calling and asking. I was already in the third trimester of my first pregnancy and they didn’t seem to care much. I finally got an appointment and they gave me the referral I needed to an OB but didn’t submit a certain form through Tricare. When I followed up about it they said they were waiting on Tricare but the OB office said they logged into the Tricare website and this office still hadn’t submitted anything. I’m currently 32 weeks pregnant and haven’t had a prenatal check up in 9 weeks partially because this office moves very slow with paper work"
"Staff in back is great took amazing care of my son. Front desk person are never helpful it's like they dont want you to be a patient. I have to refill out forms everytime I go. I wish they where more helpful up front with questions but its all a bother. Also they make you go up there and fill out paper before you can be seen. no way to do it online? The ladies in back were great to my child. Sadly I'll find else where for myself."
