"Take your buisness elsewhere. Made a appointment. They never sent me the link to join the Tele health app. Billed me for missing the appointment that I never recieved a link for. Spent hours on the phone with billing trying to resolve the issue. They denied my claim and think it's totally fair for me to pay for there mistake. Currently trying to cancel my next app. And being swapped person to person and continue to be put on hold. Horrible way to practice buisness. Steer clear"

"Despicable service. I had an urgent issue and the earliest appointment available was over a month out. Booking appointments online is no longer an option, which is absurd considering the service i received was virtual. Only after demanding management call was I offered an earlier appointment. Sad that they book up so heavily they can't even take care of existing patients. Finding a new doctor due to the poor care I received. If I could give them zero stars I would. Virtual care should not mean subpar care. Good riddance."

"I have been double billed. Provider does not seem to care at all about anything other than checking off boxes, no compassion. In addition to that the medical records office can't seem to find and keep track of things my cardiologist has repeatedly sent over. The office refuses to take any accountability for their shortcomings."
