"They don't even deserve the one star I've just given. I called for an appointment in October of 2023, and I was told that the soonest I could get an appointment was for today ( March 12,2024). I took time off to work to get here only to be told that Dr. SIMON is full and is not taking any new patients yet I got appointment reminders for my appointment today. The woman at the reception wasn't even helpful. She just kept stating that I will not be seen and shrugged her shoulders to emphasize that she will do nothing to help me. I would not recommend this place. EDIT.... I was contacted by a lady named Tina after leaving this review. She was apologetic and understanding and scheduled a new appointment for me. I saw Dr. SIMON today (3.15.24) and he was amazing, very thorough and detailed. I'm grateful that they contacted me to make it right, and treated me humanely and with kindness."

"Taking my family somewhere else. Was told that my sign up appointment was cancelled because I need a referral to use ChampVA. I call ChampVA while on the phone with Peak Vista and they say that they never do referrals and its odd that they asked. So they comply and give me an appointment for my daughter. Then, I fill out all the forms online in which they told me they received nothing and I have to again fill the forms out in person. Get in, my daughter gets vitals done… we wait for an hour for the doc… never arrived… so what was the point of having an appointment? We left."

"I’ve had in person visits here, labs drawn, and a tele health appointment. I love Nicole Norris, she suggested a diagnosis I hadn’t considered and when I went to see a specialist in the field it turned out she was 100% correct. Without that nudge I would still be searching for answers. The facility is also clean. I took one star away due to the tele health appointment. I received a phone call from a receptionist stating my appointment would have to be rescheduled and I ended up having my appointment over the phone with a provider I hadn’t seen previously, who really wasn’t taking my concerns seriously."

"I was seen on 08/31/2023 and I was told by the provider that they were going to put in a wound care referral to see a specialist, on 09/01/2023 I called my insurance company to check on the status and they told me a referral wasn't put in yet. So, I called the peak vista appointment line at approximately 0830 and the representative states she was going to send a message to check on the status since the referral department wasn't answering and she couldn't get a hold of the office, she stated that in her message she would have someone give me a call. She then advised me to called back in the afternoon, if I did not receive a call and I called back around 1300 and there were no updates on the status of the referral. So at 1700 I went to the office and they told me the provider was off today,and it is a holiday on 09/04 so the office will be closed. I am supposed to return to work 09/08 and they told me it would take a week to get the referral. The way the whole situation was taken care of was unfair and very poorly, I have a second degree burn that is not properly healing and I am not getting the correct treatment due to a simple referral not being submitted in a timely manner."

"I have technically been a patient for OVER A YEAR & have NEVER been able to even make an appointment! Everytime I've tried making one online & I get a message saying that I will be called in a couple hours to make an appointment. What is the point of having an online scheduling system if I have to wait to be called back to make the appointment?! I've also tried calling in, but no one EVER answers the phone! I've tried GOING INTO THE OFFICE to make an appointment, but they just tell me that 1) They are booked up for months & that if it can't wait I should go to urgent care. & 2) that they aren't taking new patients at this time so I'll have to find a different doctor's office. & when I tell them that I'm not a new patient, that I registered over a year ago, they say "Well, we don't have any record of you, so you'll have to find another clinic. So, I'm done! I'm gonna do just that! And I recommend you do the same!"
