"I have been working for ASPIRE since April of this year and if I could give them 10 stars I totally would. I have nothing but positive to say about this company. They are very supportive toward their staff and toward the kiddos that are receiving services. Supervisors Caitlin Andrew Kassie and Sam are amazing. The owner of the company truly cares for the people. We have many team building gatherings as well as opportunities to advance as RBTs. There is a candidate program opportunity available as well. There are no drama surrounding this place among coworkers and environment is extremely supportive. Lindsey who provides onboarding is amazing. I have been RBT for the past almost 4 years and have not been supported on behalf of ABA clinic as much as I feel supported here. I am also part of the candidate program and Caitlin is specifically making sure that I have enough contacts to full fill my supervision requirements. RBT trainers provide AMAZING training prior to letting person go direct and alone with the client. The goal is for BTs to become certified within 6 months. As a company they have a very clear expectations upon their hiring process as they should. They are ethical in their treatment toward clients and very supportive toward the growth and advancement of their staff. I would highly recommend this company to any parent to enroll their child and I would highly recommend this company to any DSP, BT/RBT or BCaBA/BCBA to consider employment."

"I worked at aspire behavioral care and they do not treat their employees to good at all. They sell their company and it seems all nice but in reality they are money hungry. Some of the way they handle the kids is unprofessional. I would not recommend taking your child there or even applying to work there. There are some things I’ve seen personally and I disagree on how they handle situations there. They do not care about the employees and that company is not a good company. Be careful which facility you guys choose to have your kids go to. Aspire is not what they make it out to be. They are false advertising and that’s not ok. Scheduling is a mess and how they run there company is horrible."

"Some aba is scary, let’s admit it. We’ve been at aspire for nearly five years and what I love is that the therapy here is built around relationship. I know this is the case because Ava loves to go- and she loves each of her therapists. They take her behaviors in stride- and always see the potential, often when her public school does not.
