"Our NP Galvin is wonderful. She got us in on her lunch hour for an acute issue and pretty much took her entire lunch hour to explain what was going on so my daughter could understand it (she is 12). We feel very lucky to have found her!"
"Great experience. Courteous staff, little wait time or paperwork, clean facilities, etc. Josh was a great MD and took the time to ask questions and do a checkup on me. 5/5"
"Love this clinic!!!!! It is run very efficiently and the doctors and staff are awesome! To all of you who wrote negative reviews because the staff was rude, shame on you!!!! You have absolutely no idea what the staff endures due to the patients being rude and verbally abusive to them on a daily basis and guess what, they have to take it. So if your receptionist is not as cheerful as you might like, just be aware that she may have just been told off by another patient, IT HAPPENS EVERY DAY!! Your doctor may be behind because his first patient of the day had a list of 10 things they wanted taken care of in a 15 minute appointment, and now they are behind 45 minutes and the only time to catch up is lunch time, which by the way, they rarely get because they spend their lunch catching up. As far as the cost of medical care goes, it has gone up like everything else, be real people, everything is expensive!! No, this is NOT an Urgent care!!! If you need Urgent medical care, go to the correct facility and don't write a negative review because they didn't take care of your urgent medical need! And the Manager, Heather, is amazing. She is fair, reasonable and understanding. She has to abide by rules that are set by UCHealth, and does her job extremely well. So the next time you sit down to write a horrible review, think about it first and know that these are real people dealing with all sorts of patients and all sorts of situations that you could never imagine. Dr. Bodman literally saved my husband's life by hearing an abnormality in his heart and sending him to Cardiology. He had blockages of up to 90% and 2 bad valves. The Cardiologist said he was lucky to be alive. He had surgery and is alive today because of Dr. Bodman, we can't thank him enough!!! We will continue to come here, because they take care of us, and when it is all said and done, isn't that what you want, to be taken care of???"
"Navigating the phone tree to get anything done is impossible. I’ve probably made 15 calls just to try and find someone who can request medical records and help me set up my online account when it kept saying my zip code was wrong. It shouldn’t be this hard. System is way too big, people aren’t trained beyond their job (they just tell you I don’t know it’s not my job), and the care is time limited. We met with the pediatrician for less than 5 minutes. I wonder what her expectations are per clinic visit. I don’t like feeling like my daughter is a number. Will be seeking care elsewhere. UC Health obviously is a bottom line medical company."
"Made an appointment for a physical. Drove 30 minutes and showed up on time and was told they decided not to add new patients. When I politely asked why didn't they let me know, the receptionist in a voice expressing significant irritation claimed they called me but my voicemail was full and that the fault was mine. Funny how my phone had no record they called. Isn't it interesting how arrogant some offices can be and how they don't value the patients' time? Can I charge them for my wasted hour of driving?"
