"Had a consultation and I was very clear about what my expectations were. I was recommended 1-2 fraxel treatments, I told them I had an event and was told it would clear up by the weekend and it did not. During the procedure i can tell the technician Melissa was annoyed with me. It hurt so bad. I went back for a follow and expressed my concern Melissa mentioned I should've done a peel. I'm very disappointed she didn't offer that or recommended a peel. I am so concerned about my skin. I called various times and was told I'd get a call back and it's been 2 weeks and no call back. The texture of my skin is horrible, I whole-heartedly regret this decision. Don't visit this place they will take your money and forget about you if you're not spending any more. My skin looks worse now than before my visit."

"Dr P and her staff do an excellent job. The office ladies are always pleasant and the nursing staff are always professional and friendly. My procedure was performed quickly and professionally. I had to have the stitches removed in another location because I was traveling, and the person who removed them was amazed at how well the stitches were put in. She said they were the best stitches she had ever seen!"
