"One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Waste of the hour and a half drive there. The nurses were pretty nice but the "Doctor" should be ashamed. Would not recommend going to this place, based on these other reviews as well, seems I'm not the only one. Just wow.."

"After a year of injections in my back and physical therapy, I eventually was referred to UC Health Neuroscience for surgery. I waited an additional 4 months for my Initial Consultation. I showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early, even though I had already pre-filled out all of their paperwork prior to my arrival. When I checked in I was told that I needed to reschedule because the Doctor was out of the office that day. I asked what had happened because I've been waiting 4 months for this. She told me they has called me and left a voice mai. I opened my phone, put it on speakerphone and played their message confirming my appointment. She said all she could do was reschedule me and the soonest available appointment was July 12th, another month and a half! 6 months after my original referral! I'm frustrated I has to wait 4 months to begin with. I'm disappointed I couldn't be seen when I was scheduled to be seen. But most of all I'm extremely disgusted that the woman behind the desk showed absolutely no empathy to my situation, and was completely rude when I tried to express my urgency to be seen as soon as possible. She never apologized for the cancelation, and didn't seem to care the slightest because "it wasn't her job to contact me and cancel". I'm assuming they will not be keeping my follow-on appointment in July either, since I just received my medical records in the mail from them, without an apology letter or note of any sort."
