"Dr. Setty is a fabulous medical professional, but the staff at this location are clearly not trained in the art of communication with fellow humans. Some staff members were unable to spell the email used by the office, claiming the email begins with "iam.." instead of the letters "im...", leading one to encounter a message from the resident mailerdemon proclaiming the office email does not exist. It's a pity and a shame that for all the great works Dr. Setty provides, the staff, who are the first for patients to encounter, give such terrible service that one is inclined to seek services elsewhere. UPDATE: Was told to make a physical appointment in order to send an email to the office. Arrived for what really should have been a 15 minute visitation, was instead charged for a full (unnecessary) appointment. Waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to be seen, followed by another hour long wait to have reason for visit realised. Soft skills are sorely needed at this location."

"Dr Setty is just truly a walking medical encyclopedia... she NEVER ceases to amaze me ...with her knowledge and phenomenal pt care .Her talent,empathy and dedication to her patients is something you cannot find in most Dr.'s. She is humble and has no idea what a wonderful Dr and person she truly is . She works so hard to take care of us ..advocates for us against insurance companies to get us the care we need. Goes above and beyond ALWAYS... I have known of that dedicated physician to get off of a plane from India and go straight to her office to take care her patients ... Dr Setty her outstanding NP Felicia and her amazing MA Jonnie are why I am still up and running .. they are and have been my parents and my blessing for many years . She is what medicine and patient care were meant to be ..."

"I first came to this office as they were advertising an open house to promote their new laser machine. They were offering half off of their services for that one night. I have had one treatment out of the six I purchased. Unfortunately, I was not happy with the treatment and was never treated nicely by the office staff. This led me to talk to Dr. Setty's receptionist, Jennifer. Despite the receipt they gave me stating, "If you choose to discontinue care before treatment is complete, you will receive a refund less the cost of care." They are refusing to give me a refund and are only offering for me to finish out the other 5 treatments. I was told that Dr. Setty has consulted with an attorney and that the receipt "will not hold up in court." What ever happened to taking the legality out of things and just doing what is right? Why have a receipt, have me sign that receipt, just to say that is does not mean anything? The way this practice is operating, they should be ashamed of themselves. I would not ever recommend anyone doing business with this company."
