"This practice employs a nurse practitioner who shows no compassion for the patients. If I had not been with my mom when she went for an appointment, she would have continued to go to this person thinking she didn't have a choice. She was cold, rude, and very unprofessional. My mom is experiencing abdominal pain along with other symptoms, and when Paula Hardy was pressing on her stomach and examining her, she had no compassion and acted like my mom hadn't just about come off the table. In addition, from the get-go go she was confrontational when asked a question that was intended for clarification and went on the attack on me, it was like she didn't like having someone's adult child in the room. This is how the appointment started. This practice will not let you change the primary care provider within their practice, so if I were an elderly person, I would hope and pray that my children would make sure I didn't go to this practice. Some of the other people may be fine, but they will not let you change, and she was assigned this person. She was not even given a choice when the other person left. Not Good! Stay away from Paula Hardy and AgeWell as they chose to allow this to happen. We have no choice but to remain through this situation, but we will be leaving this practice. I only left one star because it would not let me leave anything else. Keep in mind the office staff, and the person that took her vitals were all great. But if the core support is cold, uncaring, and confrontational then this is not the place for elderly people to go!!!"

"Bad experience with lack of professionalism from the NP and staff members. I have been taking my elderly father for about 6 months now. The NP prescribed meds on several occasions that were changed by his specialists. I'm not confident with her knowledge and certainly with her bed manners. When I asked to voice my complaints to the boss I'm told I cannot communicate with him. Enough is enough. Avoid this place."
