"We scheduled an 8 week appointment that was to include a viability ultrasound for our baby. Upon arriving my spouses name was wrong in their system. We corrected it by providing drivers license and insurance card with the correct name. We filled out all ROI information, etc. Upon going back with the Nurse midwife we were notified we were not getting an ultrasound. My spouse received a pelvic exam and blood work. She then had to call later to obtain any type of result (her name is still wrong in the system and they were corrected again). She then prompted for an ultrasound as she felt uncomfortable with her first ultrasound not being until she would be nearly 13 weeks a long. They sent a referral to a company that is not in network with our insurance. She found a company that was and this office took over 4 business days to even send the referral. Nearly 12 weeks along and we finally got an original ultrasound. Oh, and her name is still wrong in the system and they "lost" the ROI information we originally completed. We will be switching physicians. From the looks of the reviews they are not learning their lessons. We are also now extremely worried our insurance will not cover the care due to the lack of name change after being reminded several times. Thanks for that headache."

"Avoid this clinic. The front desk staff are always helpful and nice. However, the providers are awful and in need of a reality check. They don't listen to you at all, and they only offer help if you agree to some form of birth control. Coming from a nurse, if a patient presents to you with any red flag symptoms of anything - whether it be PCOS, Endo, or literally just ovarian cysts - I expect testing to be done. Even if someone's symptoms turn out to be nothing, you should still be testing to conclude that, and not blatantly saying that you can offer no help because your symptoms aren't concerning. This practice is a shame, and I will be switching providers."

"HORRIBLE. Will never go back. Nichole need a reality check . She is extremely rude and doesn’t listen or care for what you have to say. I saw her twice and that was one too many. The only reason I saw her was because my obgyn left and I had to find someone new. She disregarded everything I had to say. I went into the office and the nurse who signed me in was absolutely rude too. Then when she came in it didn’t get any better. I specifically made this appointment To get tested for PCOS. She refused to test me and said everything I’m telling her didn’t give her any “concerns” of PCOS. While everything I have symptom wise screams PCOS. My friends who have PCOS were the ones that pushed me to go get tested. But she refused, and wanted me to go onto another birth Control your doctor is supposed to listen to you and talk you through things. And how do you know if you have something or not if you don’t get tested for it!? But her laziness got the best of her and she just wanted me in and out. I didn’t want to be out on another birth control when I’m already on one. But I was going to try her way and see if it worked. SHE NEVER PUT IN MY SECOND BIRTH CONTROL. I called the office MULTIPLE times to get her to get in the prescription. But nothing. Came back six months later like she asked. Refused to even see me made me cancel my appointment. Because of her mistake. She isn’t fit to be working there. I’ve NEVER had a problem with ANY of my other doctors and nurses I’ve had at optum. But she and her nursing staff are the worst. I will not be returning to OBGYN at optum. I see why half of the doctors that were there WAY before this new company came in left. She needs a huge reality check and needs to be either shown the door out or start to actually listen to her patients and be kind. Isn’t even a doctor but has an ego like she’s high and mighty. Wake up lady"

"I'm now on my third doctor, yet only my second trimester. I suffer from multiple genetic disorders and had to bring up a complaint to get a referral as even the nurse said there is clear signs of my unborn kiddo having the same disorder. Their billing practices are criminal, literally, as they bill me after receiving payment from the insurance companies. At one point I paid a bill they sent me only to receive a letter form my insurance proving they paid it in full. I called and after waiting hours they claimed I never paid and neither did insurance. I had to send them a statement from my bank proving I paid that amount and a letter from my insurance. They said they could apply it towards my next appointment and I told them I was discontinuing all care with then and filing with CDI. They said I would receive my refund using the same card I paid with. It's been a week, my bank says they have received nothing. Stay far away from them. Doctors are good but the billing and receptionists are horrid"

"The worst OBGYN I’ve ever had. I feel sorry for all patients still being “taken care” at this place. Medical staff don’t care about patient’s care. They provide the wrong information and when you challenge them to do their job correctly, they worry about covering their assets. They cancel appointments without notifications, they are rude, they are unprofessional…you name it. People trust their health (lives) to medical professionals, thinking that’s the right/safe place to be, NOT HERE. I wish I could give them ZERO stars, because that’s how bad it is."
