"I do not recommend Ellie health. I feel that they don't have their clients best interest in mind. I had one appointment with them after spending way too much time filling out online information only to spend much of the session time answering the same questions. The next appointment was during a blizzard I ended up getting there 10 minutes late . There wasn't a car in the parking lot so I went home....again driving in a blizzard. When I was contacted by the therapist, she said that she had changed it to a virtual session and had notified me by email. I had very specifically told Ellie that I was not interested in virtual sessions. I found the email in my junk.mail and it had been sent the day before at 430 pm and my appointment was at 9am. I have to give them 24 hrs notice to not be charged but they don't have to extend the same expectations my directions. So, I am being charged for a no show... To add insult to injury, the therapist that I saw told me that she is leaving. What was the point of even making the appointments? In speaking with a manager, no further restitution was offered other than to charge me... for a session that I never would have agreed with to begin with. In my experience, Elie doesn't really care about the mental health care of their clients... it's more about their financial gain"

"I wouldn’t recommend going here all it’s done is make my mental health worse when it comes to finances. I told my therapist I that I believe we should pause sessions because I was having problems with my insurance and all they said was “it’s still showing up as active so you should be fine going to appointments it will still go through” three months later they call me and tell me I have to pay over $1000 dollars because my insurance stopped in October. MY THERAPIST convinced me to keep going when I said that we should pause. I don’t believe they did it with ill intention and I will say that the therapists are really kind but the company itself is flawed medical companies in general are. And now as a college student, working two jobs and barely affording anything, with medical issues that is also costing money and am unable to pay a fine of 60$ because of everything going on now has over 1000 dollars of debt. I have never been in a worse state mentally since. And I doubt they care. This may come off as a personal rant and I am sure others haven’t had to deal with this. But I can no longer focus on my health because of them. My will is gone they broke me, I just want this to stop.."

"Tried going here and problem after problem. They charge you without sharing what you're being charged for. Had a crisis with my kid and recieved no response from therapist or even checked in to see how they are doing. If you cancel or have something come up they charge you right away but the therapist can cancel with 4 hours notice and no problem. Good luck getting resources in a timely manner. Therapist was horrible at educating us on how things work. Good luck getting in touch with billing or having an effective therapist there."

"I highly recommend this place ! From day one when I first called and set up the appointment, very professional and friendly. The whole Ellie team treats you as a person and makes you feel welcome. The owner Sara she is super friendly and has done an amazing job with Ellie ! I wanna give a shout out to Carmina the director. She is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is very compassionate and listens to you. As well she is very educated in the mental health field . Also Amber is pretty awesome herself ! Overall I absolutely love this place!"
