Labcorp 17230 Jackson Creek Parkway, Monument, CO 80132

"This place is awful. No one was there but the nurse was running around like she was super busy and I was bothering her just by being there. I kept my mouth shut only to find out she wouldn't even see me because I'm not a patient at their in-house PCP. She handed me a paper dated August 3, 2020 (almost FOUR YEARS ago) stating that "for your convenience" they will not see you at this location and that you need to drive at least 20 minutes one way elsewhere. The notice wraps up by thanking me for my "patience during this transition." If your "transition" still isn't done after four years then maybe you're doing it wrong or are just belligerently incompetent. Given the attitude of the staff I'm going with the latter. It's insulting. Everyone involved with this place can pound sand. F! LabCorp"

"This lab isn't open to the public only to those who are there primary doctor at thelid office. Why label it LabCorp?"

"Not sure a facility could have more carless, rude, unpleasant and downright nasty employees... My wife and I are here for the summer and needed some labs drawn. After not finding accurate information online and no one answering the phone, she stopped by the facility to asked if they've received orders from our doctor back home. Instead of explaining things as a decent human being, they rudely and abruptly cut her off and said they didn't have a fax machine. She then asked if there's a way they could've received an order as our doctor said she had sent one. They then threw paperwork at her and told her to go somewhere else as apparently they refuse to treat/care for patients from out of town and then yelled at her, again stating they don't have a fax machine. She proceeded to leave very upset without a care in the world from that office. Clearly customer service or even human decency doesn't exist at this facility. A simple courteous response was all that was necessary but these employees are simply not capable of being decent..."

"Super frustrating to plan a visit which includes a child missing school only to learn that they won’t help you unless you are a patient at that facility. In the tech age, this information should be front and center somewhere easy to access rather than in the elevator. Front desk staff was rude about letting us know as well."

"Labcorp needs to update to tell people that you have to be a patient of Centura health or you will be denied service at the tri-lakes Monument location. Very frustrating for tech and community members"
