"Called and asked what time sick call was. They told me, “0600-0900 I think.” I asked if I could speak to someone who knew for sure and the rep told me to talk to my unit medic. I do not have a unit medic. Came at 0600 and they didn’t open until 0630. Came a few days later at 0701 and was turned away because sick call stops at 0700. Thoroughly disappointed with their level of care for Soldiers and their time."
