VA Clinic Colorado Springs

"I just don't understand the phone service this place has. Sunday March 24th i tried to cancel an appointment but they're closed so Monday morning I tried again only to hear "your call is important to us" then hangs up. Then March 27th I wanted to speak to the cardiology clinic, got passed around like my first cigarette, then hung up on. Not a very safe practice, what if it were you reaching out to the doctor and this happened?"

"We are traveling Vets. Moved our Physiatrist needs to Colorado. Got right in, now have great person that we can see in person and through telehealth when we are traveling. Love this facility."

"Been here for 18 months and my prescriptions are still being held at Indianapolis. I called them, talked to the VA here. Was able to get a partial refill here, but this pathetic. The woman at the pick up was rude as hell and had an attitude. So glad I’m leaving Colorado soon."

"It was a tad flashy and extra for a va. I don't need my va to look like a glorified food court. They couldn't help me with travel pay, saying it's backed up for more than multiple months. I'm 100 percent disabled veteran, and I'm actually worried about my health care down here"

"Staff is great, I see other comments about calling issues. This place gets pretty busy at times. This is a clinic that is better to go "in-person" rather than try to get answers over the phone. I make appointments with the normal VA call line. Medical AS WELL AS Dental has been great for me. I have been going here since 2019 and never had issues. Hope this helps."
