"Worst experience I have ever had at a Little Clinic facility. Kayla, the NP that checked us in, had an attitude from the beginning and was very rude towards me and my daughter. We then got taken back to see NP Brandy, who immediately downplayed the situation as to why we were there. I am a nurse practitioner myself, and took my daughter in because she had been coughing for 3 weeks. I know the difference between viral and bacterial infections, and the protocol for when an antibiotic and/or steroid is warranted. She offered nothing but Tessalon Perles and eye drops (completely irrelevant to the condition). I finally piped up and asked if she could receive a prescription for a steroid at a minimum, for which she said “no, I dont think that is necessary”. I was absolutely flabbergasted at the negligence and ignorance of the providers here. I’ll be reporting this to corporate as well because this was unacceptable and such a waste of money. And guess what! My daughter was STILL coughing over a month later. What a surprise."

"Should have read the reviews. The dr was rude and insinuated I was there for controlled substances when I asked for help with my ear pain. I understand without an infection they can’t prescribe antibiotics, but when asking for help with pain she went straight to “I can’t give you controlled substances” I don’t appreciate that bc I know I have tattoos and colored hair and people profile me but when coming to a dr…. I just don’t appreciate it. Don’t waste your money here."

"The First Lady maybe a tech or nurse was great, very nice and considerate. The physician was not a nice lady. She was rude and cold. We came only for a sports physical and received attitude. We will find a different place next time."

"Came once and got a vaccination and had a great experience. However, this time I waited an hour past my appointment time only to be told they wouldn’t prescribe me narcotics, that is not why I was there, I was hoping for a referral if they thought something was wrong so I could get whatever it may be fixed. Not pain medication. I am young and active and don’t want to hurt myself worse if it had been a strain or even a break. They were condescending and told me I needed an over the counter medication that had nothing to do with my concerns. No referral or treatment. They acted like it was dumb of me to go there because they don’t have an X-ray machine- I didn’t expect them to, I thought it was their place to refer me. I will not be going back."
