"This practice was recommended by my insurance. I met with my practitioner multiple times within a month and she not only consistently sent in incorrect prescriptions for me (blaming it on her system and never taking accountability), but also never included refills that matched her recommendations. The head of this facility also would step into help get my refills accounted for during my practitioner’s absence but ended up refilling prescriptions for drugs I was no longer on or taking…and not the actual ones needed. No one ever answered the phone or would get back to me with updates with a phone call. As someone who had never met with a psychiatrist before and needed more hand holding throughout the process, I would never recommend this practice to anyone. Prescribing correct dosages and being available for your clients I would think would be a #1 priority and they not only let my SSRI medications lapse, but sent in wrong dosages…which caused major concerns with my insurance. I should have just listened to my friends and gone to my GYNO. There should be more accountability in this field and I feel for anyone who has to consistently pay co pays for sub par service like this. It’s sad and extremely unfortunate that someone who deals with mental health has such a lack of concern on how a lapse of this medication could affect someone. Truly disheartening"

"I have been seeing Briana for a VERY long time now, THREE YEARS. Briana has been one of the main reasons I finally have been getting more stable. She has the bedside manner a mental healthcare professionals NEEDS, which is empathetic and understanding. She has been patient with me being hesitant, and she has been quick to respond when there has been emergencies. As someone that has dealt with healthcare professionals, trust me when I tell you that Briana is a one of a kind. There's just no one else as good as she is. I literally have her see my 13 year old daughter AND my husband as well. My daughter and husband are extremely med hesitant and also mistrusting of doctors and swore that they wouldn't like her or being put on meds, and they trust her because she allows the patient to be in control of their own med management and is very honest with you. So no matter your level of comfort when it comes to taking medications, and no matter the state of a person is in when they get to her, she is the right person to see. I would gladly recommend her to anyone and everyone, as I have already trusted her with my family."

"I started going here a little over a year ago. They do their job, but they send you one email with the virtual link and reminders of your appointments are sent days before hand. When I needed to contact my psychiatrist in the beginning it was so difficult I almost switched, but finding anyone in mental health these days is difficult so I let it go. I had appointments pretty consistently up until the beginning of the summer when. I had to pull back for work. I forgot my appointment this morning and usually I get a text or call at 5 minutes passed, but today I didn't. I called but I did not get an answer. I had a feeling I was going to be dropped just off that alone. I did. I got an email saying I was terminated for missing 2 or more appointments. I didn't get a warning, I don't even remember the other ones I supposedly missed and when I asked for proof all I got was this was my 3rd and they had 200 patients. Obviously that means they don't need to provide warnings to their clients, they're in demand. They don't need to extend grace, they're in demand. Oh and it was on the form I signed over a year ago so I should remember that and that was my warning, obviously. I've never been so turned off by a medical facility as I was today. Definitely makes you feel like you are just a time frame and a check from your insurance company. I wouldn't recommend this place off that alone because psychiatry, while it isn't therapy, is still a highly emotional connection and if you are nothing but one of 200 patients, then your just being treated nicely to the bare minimum you don't leave of your own choice. At first I didn't want to be terminated, but after giving it some thought I'd definitely rather have a psychiatrist who isn't so booked I'm just a space on their calendar wasting their time. Definitely looking forward to finding s psychiatrist who cares and wish I had found one a while ago because repeating everything that's happened is going to suck."
