We filled out a reservation online and did the paperwork online as well so that made things very smooth and I was able to get in as soon as I walked in the door. The staff was very professional, as well as the doctor and I would highly recommend these people in this office for your glasses or contacts needs. Never was any grace period mentioned etc or I'd have called/not driven over 40 miles if provided proper communication. I'm going to see if I can find the same frames anywhere else."
