"Got the run Around 4 times about speaking to a supervisor they did anything but get me to the supervisor. . I had my appointment canceled by the appointment lady from a misunderstanding for almost a month later after waiting a month for the first appointment. From my understanding I am not able to recieve medical care in a reasonable time withing 60 days, because of an employee misunderstanding. Would also like to file a formal grievance in writing during my next appointment pending a resolution. I have ongoing medical conditions that I needed taken care of.its a Friday eveyone is off for the weekend. They don't care about my health. :( also I'm pissed"

"This is the worst doctor I've ever been to in my entire life I just called to make an appointment to have my yearly physical done and to talk to my doctor about things they told me it was going to be a 3-month wait just to be able to see him I have had nothing but problems with this doctor's office if you care about your family you will not go to this doctor's office!!!!!!!"

"They don't have a negative star option? You're better off self diagnosing yourself with Google. They never know what to do and never have 'in person' available. My son has been choking on mucus and phlegm for three months and they won't do a thing. Not to mention when I miscarried my first how heartless they were about it. One lady even laughed at me when I asked if my baby was big enough to cremate. I wouldn't consider this place a safe space to get care."

"Been a patient at Salud for 10 years. Am a model individual with 0 balance in any outstanding debt. Today I was turned away for not having a full down payment to release me back to work. They Refused treatment all told me to leave and go to the Emergency room for a release after battling pneumonia for 3 weeks. These people are scumbags and I will never step into this building again."

"Couldn't even see a doctor. First called the Denver location because it was closer and was told they're only accepting Medicare and uninsured and was then directed to the Brighton office. Told me it was 3 weeks out for a phone appointment, and then I could be scheduled after that. Waited 3 weeks only to get a call from Brighton saying that I'm not in their area and they're also only accepting Medicare... what a joke."
