"The front desk clerk was incredibly rude. I spent over an hour filling out the online documents so they would be done when I got there, but, they did not receive them. That was not anyone's fault; however, they had no empathy whatsoever and just told me to do it again. Also, when I was leaving, there was 1 person at the front desk and I needed to schedule some physical therapy but she told me that everyone was at lunch (including her) an I could come back after they returned. Such a shame becaue I really liked Andy (Dr. Newman's PA). He was very professional and made sure I understood what he was telling me. He litterally drew me a picture."

"This doctor is young and was referred to me by an outstanding, retiring surgeon who I had worked with for years. The doctor explained himself well but left me without much hope. After waiting for over a hour in a stuffy, bleak room, the doctor came in and was short with me, I was appalled. The problem was with this location and staff, of lack there of. No explanation by staff, just sit and wait. This is a poorly run operation in this Southlands office. Their Parker office is outstanding, this location not so. My advice, see the surgeon with years of experience."
