Dr. Bailey actually listen and shows empathy and genuine concern for my need and I appreciate her very much also the receptionist are very professional and helpful I'm looking forward to my health care journey with you all at Stride-Horizon. "The provider Mollie Bailey can’t be bothered to do her job. I came in with medical concerns and knowledge about what I needed to receive during this visit due to a previous diagnosis. I needed blood work done, to test my ferritin levels. Mollie couldn’t be bothered to order blood work and did a finger stick to test my hemoglobin and I was told since my hemoglobin was high that my iron was fine. Well she was wrong as much was seen after o had to make another appointment with an entirely different provider who wanted to do their job. My concerns were dismissed with a “I don’t know. You must be sensitive.” Horrible bed side manner. I drove all the way from Northglenn to get seen, and this is what happened? Unprofessional. A patient should never have their concerns dismissed so flippantly. I would not recommend this location or Mollie Bailey PA as a provider."
