"This office is so lost. They make everything so much harder. Lead me to believe they take my insurance and waited until I was at my appointment to tell me they don't take is particular type of United health care, what a joke. Had records sent over, took the day off of work....so unprofessional."

"A major word of caution about this health center and it’s medical staff. I was a patient who came to them for help with my declining health after spending 3yrs in hiding and escaping an abusive marriage. I made a telehealth appointment and waited for 10wks. The morning of my appointment it was cancelled and I was told at the 11th hour I needed to be seen in person by a different NP and it would be another 10wks. I explained I couldn’t see her in person and I explained all reasons why and that I was a domestic abuse survivor, I begged for help…….I was ignored. I was given the only option of a different Dr, so I took another appointment and waited another 8wks, that appointment didn’t happen either, they cancelled the day of cause that very office, the one I had to be seen at was closed due to a positive covid case on staff. I begged again for help, my trauma came out in over explanations and in tears…..I was ignored. This medical establishment has played games with my health, I’m now fighting to stay healthy, they dragged me along till I was no longer financially or physically able to look for another doctor. I now face surgery I can’t afford and an uncertain future for my health. I’m not sure when the medical professionals there lost their empathy and care for the sick, but one day those medical professionals will find themselves on the other side sick, scared and alone like I am and I will still wish for them better medical care than what they showed to me."

"I scheduled an appointment online and was called within the hour to have a cold and uncaring receptionist let me know that it was cancelled. Apparently I chose the wrong appointment type and new patient appointments are months out of you want to work with 2 of the 3 doctors at the clinic. I realize that was my mistake and asked for the next available appointment window. I made an appointment for mid August, and the receptionist told me that they will call me if this new appointment needs to be cancelled. I expressed concern at why she would mention that, and she said sometimes meetings are set at the same time as a patient appointments and doctors will cancel at anytime if something else comes up... Uh, what!? Why even make an appointment and wait months to see a doctor who double books? This clinic obviously has no respect for a patient's time and no interest in keeping appointments. The receptionist was only cheerful when I told her that I need to work with a clinic and doctors I can rely on and to go ahead and cancel me altogether."

"Most of these reviews are based off of the ER that was at this building. Dr. P was at this building as well. I never used the ER and I am sure it had issues and that is why it closed. As for Dr. P, I have been going to her for over 5 years and she is the one that caught my A-Flutter. I trust her and appreciate her professionalism. My husband and I both go to her, and I have NO intentions of finding another physician. It took me 15 years to find her; tons of shady doctors in Colorado."

"I started going here recently and have had 2 visits so far. I appreciate the care I have received so much! Brian Wallace is my PCP (I suggest always researching if you are going to get a new PCP, and I am not disappointed!) His bedside manner is very kind and attentive and he truly does have a holistic approach to medicine. He even put me on a new medication that was never mentioned to me before that has been working great. The care team, namely Diamond and Gina, are super professional and friendly. My favorite part is almost how this clinic is ACTUALLY on time. I was getting my vitals 5 minutes before my appointment was scheduled. (So I suggest always coming early so you have more time with your provider.)"
