"I made a mistake by not realizing I did not request a refill on one of my medications at almost 4pm on a Friday afternoon, the day before I was set to go out of town. I called frantically hoping to get a last-minute script called in. Nicholle was amazing and called two pharmacies for me to make sure someone had it in stock. She was able to have my fantastic provider, Ashley call in a refill before everyone left for the day. I cannot thank you all enough for your kindness and eagerness to help me when it was my mistake. I’d give 10 stars if I could."
