"If I could give zero stars, I would. It has taken over 3 months to try and get a correct contact prescription and I still don’t have something that works. (I even switched to seeing their head Dr. Hite) Therefore, I proceeded with ordering glasses. First pair that came in was incorrect and I couldn’t see correctly (shocker) I finally ended up sending my prior prescription from my last optometrist because North Range never got it right! I ended up paying for the work my prior doctor did and nothing that North Range did because they never got my prescription correct. I would not recommend them to anyone, their job is to do eye exams and provide a correct prescription and they couldn’t even do that!! Extremely frustrated and done wasting my time with this company. It would be worth the travel distance to go see someone else!"
