"This review is for Dr Margaretta Sabin, OBGYN. My wife and I would give negative stars if possible. Do not go to this office or see this doctor unless you want to be treated like garbage. My wife and I had our 12 week appointment scheduled for today, but had our appointment cancelled at the last minute due to staffing mistakes. They gave our appointment away without allowing us or our insurance provider to clear up the mistakes made by the lady that answers the phones. She (the lady who answers the phones) was extremely rude to not only my pregnant wife, but also our insurance agent rep. Went as far as telling our insurance rep that they can't take the insurance companies word for us having insurance. They then accused my wife of being to blame as we recently had my employer switch healthcare insurance providers, and said "if you plan to use this service only temporary before going to Kaiser you should just stick with Kaiser then". Doesn't matter that we had this appointment set more than a month ago. The worker refused to reschedule us, and we have filed a complaint with our insurance company for their Refusal To Provide Contracted Service. This is the worst doctor office experience I've ever had. Do not use this OBGYN is you have any respect or love for the woman carrying your child as this office has NONE to give or show. They need to lose their license for how they treat patients."

"I made an appointment with Amber Nester, N.P. I’m very particular about my healthcare providers and generally don’t like doctors. Amber was awesome! I’ve been searching for a good primary care provider for some time and feel I finally found one. My experience was as good as it could be. I felt empathy and understanding all while be told the facts. I highly recommend Amber at Reunion family medicine!"

"**LONG, BUT WORTH THE READ.** Would not recommend this facility for anyone with moderately complicated medical history or conditions. My boyfriend has been under the care of Dr. Chavez for a few years, & has had numerous issues & complications. The first complication began when my boyfriend started having seizures. Under the care of Dr. Chavez, it was recommended to my boyfriend that two different anxiety medications were to be taken, together daily. The seizures continued happening, & were increasingly getting worse. Over the span of the next few months, one seizure had taken place with me present. Once we were able to safely get home, I personally went through & reviewed all of the medications prescribed, interactions they had with each other, & side effects of each of these medications. Both of the anxiety medications had side effects of seizures, & were listed to have severe interactions if taken in unison with one another; which he was prescribed to do. Due to this, the personal decision was made to completely take these medications off of the daily agenda, & discontinue them. Some additional lifestyle changes were made as well, & the seizures, & anxiety have completely stopped up to this point. Recently, my boyfriend returned to Dr. Chavez, for issues unrelated to the seizures, & was prescribed a topical antibiotic, as well as a sequence of oral antibiotics. My boyfriend makes it a priority to ask any doctors prescribing medications, if there will be any interactions with the anti-convulsion medication he is on. Like before, Dr. Chavez had stated that there was 1 mild interaction with the anti-convulsion medication, however - he was incorrect. We proceeded with using the oral anti-biotic, & within a few days time, we're having adverse side effects & reactions. He was experiencing a severe rash all over his feet, legs, & it was moving into his arms. He called to attempt to make an appointment, & was told he was unable to get in until Monday. I had received a text from my boyfriend with some pictures of the current state of his legs, & immediately advised him to go to the hospital. My boyfriend went into Platte Valley Medical Center, & was able to be seen right away. The staff that worked with him were incredibly shocked by the condition of his reaction, & were also surprised that someone would have recommended him to take the prescribed oral antibiotic in unison with his anti-convulsion medication. This is incredibly disappointing knowing that other staff members within SCL were questioning the decision making of one of their fellow members. If you have an issue that may consist of getting a prescription medication, while already being on one, I highly advise looking directly towards Platte Valley Medical Center, or a different SCL clinic. Seizures are not a joke, & neither is your health. As a patient, and as someone who works in a hospital setting, I am completely dumbfounded that someone who is supposed to be a person of trust, would rather spend their time wrongfully diagnosing & treating someone."

"First off let me say, I have white coat syndrome. I have always been terrified to go to the doctors. I started coming in this office to see Dr. Chavez in February 2018. I was so darn impressed by the staff and the nurse Ashley and by Dr. Chavez bedside manners. Dr. Chavez truly cared about everything I had to address. All my concerns felt like they were truly heard. I have come in quite a few times in the last year for follow ups, etc. The same great service that made me choose this doctor as my primary care specialist has been the case each time I come in. I recommend you give this office a try. You’ll be impressed. Thank you to the Staff, Dr. Chavez and Ashley for your time, your care, and assistance."
