"I switched from my previous pediatrician to come here due to reviews. So far, it seems like no one communicates with each other regarding information. I was having a new baby soon and called to make sure they could take her on as a new patient and if I could fill out the form. I was told I couldn’t do it until she was born. I waited until she was born and contacted them. I was then told I should have done this before I left the hospital and before she was born, which I had tried to do. I have an older daughter that is 2. I called to make an appointment for her to get her seen by her new providers, and so she can meet them. I was told that she won’t need to come in until she’s 3. I call again (around her being 2.5) to get her heart checked out and they said I should have come in to get her physical when she first became a new patient. Im starting to think that all pediatricians are trash at this point. The only reason I’m putting 2 stars is because the providers I have met are nice."

"Closed on Fridays. Hours haven't been updated on Google or on their voicemail. EDIT: After contacting the practice again it was explained to us that they are open on Fridays and that we should not have received the message that we did. The staff we spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. I changed the review to 4-stars and we will be going forward with this practice. I will update the review as our experiences change."

"My children have been patients at Greenwood Pediatrics for almost 13 years now. We love all of the providers that we have experienced, but Dr. Michelle and Sonya are the absolute best. We've been through a lot over the years from emergency to routine appointments. The staff at Greenwood Pediatrics have always taken great care of our children and made our family a priority when necessary. Their large rooms made it easier when my children were younger and I had to bring all 4 of them to an appointment. Thank you for your care over the years."
