The front desk was so awesome and Juan was efficient at scheduling me an appointment. "Facility is nice and clean. All staffs are accommodating and very friendly. It was a great experience: From checking in with Raina in the front desk (she has lovely colored hair, Ariel tattoo, and pretty nails), to getting our vitals and medical history with Megan PCT (she was really nice, love her energy!), and to finally being seen by PA Melanie. My husband hates going to see the doctor but today after the visit he tells me the doctor is not like other doctors he has met in the past, that she (PA Melanie) made him feel comfortable to talk about his illness. She also made my anxiety go away as she seems knowledgeable and she explained things to us very simply, reassured me that the med she prescribed is safe for me."
