"Went to go out to have a cigarette. They told me not to leave the building?? Been here over an hour. Just wanted to have a quick smoke. "Oh but you're up next for the physical" -- yeah, sure I am. And I'm sure that won't take more than another two hours of waiting."

"This location is open on Saturdays and I was on a tight schedule, everyone was super helpful and pleasant especially for working on the weekend. My visit was efficient and quick. I appreciate the attention to details without feeling rushed. It was a smooth process. I like using the text/digital health history."

"Kiara and the front desk people. We're very professional and helpful.. Amber was my physical therapist for the day. And she was quite charming in a very funny. Yeah, silly rude, unprofessional way. I must caught her on a bad day or something. And maybe she was hungry or needed? Coffee I don't know, but she definitely had me laughing. For entertainment value, she was very amusing, almost like 5 year old child.."

"I was there for DOT physical renewal. The waiting was too long and the nurse was not nice. She took my neck measurement and entered higher number 17.2 instead of 15.5. That wrong number could put me on sleep apnea test and can lead me of loosing my job. Thanks for the doctor who didn’t believe the number when she entered the room, saw my nec and took a second look and remeasured my neck then she was supposed"

"The wait was shorter than I expected. However I’m hard of hearing and the echo chamber (the waiting room) made it hard to hear. Also the staff is pretty soft spoken. I’m sure this isn’t a problem for most people but when someone conveys they can’t hear, the staff needs to speak up. The exam was quick and efficient. The staff in the back was easier to hear. I’ll probably be back next year."
