Dr. Quintana is my Primary Care Physician and had trusted his advice ie recommendations, when pertaining to my personal care needs. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. The front end staff are very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. I would recommend this healthcare facility to anyone that I know, or aquatinted with. I really don't need to look any further for my healthcare needs, than Forum Family Medicine."

My family used Forum Family Medicine / Dr. Quintana 25 years ago when we lived in Denver. He was excellent, we give him 5-stars. We later moved out of Colorado for business. We came back to Denver several years ago and have worked with Malissa Chik at Forum Family. She has also been excellent. Of special note is that Mellissa worked with our son who had some serious medical issues, and she was extremely patient with him and demonstrated she truly cared about helping him.
