"Never take your kids here!!!! My son was two and was misdiagnosed twice. Once they said he had Covid and he did not, second they said he had phenmonia. On top of that Susan had us wait in the room for her for an entire hour. To make matters worse they never recorded my child’s visit and state they have no records. The absolute worse doctor I’ve ever been to!!! Also, Susan never wears gloves."

"It’s not often anymore that you come across doctors who truly care about their patients. I’ve taken my 10,12, and 14 year old children to Dr. Susan for several years now. Dr. Susan is an incredible doctor who genuinely care for my children as her patients. She takes her time to understand your complaints and concerns and does everything within her power to properly diagnose and resolve the issue. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. My my then 11yr was diagnosed with Covid, his symptoms come on very quickly and very aggressive. He woke up with a headache and slight fever. And at home rapid test came back positive and I immediately scheduled and appointment with Dr Susan for later than morning. By the time we got to his appointment he had a fever of 102, he was lethargic, he had body aches, was nauseous, had light sensitivity, etc. I felt helpless watching my son crash before my eyes. The over the counter meds I was giving him did absolutely nothing to relieve his symptoms. I nearly left the Doctors Office to drive him straight to a hospital. When Dr. Susan finally examined him I could see the seriousness in her face. They are the only doctors I’ve ever heard of that actually treats Covid. After her treatment she asked that we stay for observation for about an hour due the the severity of his symptoms. By time we left the clinic an hour later, my son was walking again, had an appetite, no fever, and nearly back to baseline. We continued on her treatment regimen for a few days and his symptoms stayed at bay with no real flare ups. Another quick story I like to share: my sons were complaining of tummy aches at school. Due to Covid restrictions, the school had required that the boys get a Covid test indicating that it was not Covid. I assumed the boys pigged out the night before and had snuck snacks from the pantry without my knowledge as they will do from time to time. I anticipated a quick in and out visit for the Covid test but Dr Susan questioned the boys and ran some tests. Came to find out my then 8 and 10 yr olds had severe gluten allergies. I never would have guessed! They had always been in normal kid diets. They love eating kid food, pb&j, pizza, pasta, nuggets, etc. I truly didn’t believe they had any food allergies as they don’t run in the family and I never noticed a consistently to my kids complaints. I’m sincerely thankful for having a doctor who takes the time to get to know her patients. Dr Susan has demonstrated a level of patient care that I have not received anywhere else in my life as a patient."
