"Showed up on 11 March a tad early. Was seen by PA Matt for possible UTI. Left a urine specimen and was told I’d be contacted with results of lab analysis of urine cultures. Meanwhile I should try AZO, a OTC medication. Never got a call. Communication needs improvement. 27 March - finally got a call back from this service. Keon (sp?) !informed me that they had lost the urine specimen I had given them on the 11th. They offered another appointment so I could provide them with another specimen. I declined since I had gone to my primary physician on the 25th and am awaiting results of analysis. Am scheduled for imagery tomorrow ti determine if I have kidney stones. NOT tecommending this medical facility."

"I was told that this would be a reversible procedure, it was not. Regardless, "Dr" Eric Gourley said that my recovery time would be afew days and that I could return to work on Monday. I was bedridden for a month in agonizing pain. On top of botching the surgery, during the procedure he was openly rude to me. in all follow-up appointments, the staff was rude and dismissive as well."

"I do not recommend anyone. At the end of the visit the doctor said he didn’t know what procedure is needed. Although after the first five minutes of the visit he was pretty sure what to do. But changed his opinion. Just waisted time and money."
