""Melanoma Monday" is a scam! I scheduled a FREE skin screening consultation per their advertisement last May and during the FREE screening the doctor offered a "small service" to burn a small dime-sized pre-cancerous spot on my arm with a three second dose of topical liquid nitrogen. When I went to the front to pay for the "small service", they said that they would bill me whatever my Cigna insurance wouldn't cover. A week later, I got a bill for $638 !!! ...for 3-seconds of liquid nitrogen! Cigna was charged and paid $370.50, leaving me to pay the remaining $267.50!! When I tried to dispute it on three different occasions, I got the run around and they said twice that they would take off the "Office/Facility visit - 99203" charge of $393.00 since they finally admitted that it was a FREE screening! That was 9 months ago and I'm still being hounded with late bill notices because they have not removed the "Office/Facility visit - 99203" charge of $393.00. I'm seriously considering submitting my paperwork and notes to the Colorado Business Bureau for harrassment and bad business practices. I'm tired of these monthly statements. Trust me, go somewhere else because this place is shady!!"

"I will stand by my first review regarding the friendly staff. However, after receiving my bill it has changed because how it may have been submitted to billing. Before scheduling an appointment, I spoke to front desk representative who no longer works there and she quoted me $50 for ONE, ONE skin tag removal. She failed to mention there would also be an initial office visit cost as well. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover it, so I wanted to know what I would be paying out of pocket. After many calls to the office manager (3 months) and the support of a staff member who emailed management twice, I've received no response to my billing inquiry. My adjusted bill from $328 for removal of up to FIFTEEN skin tag lesions down to...who knows, it doesn't show the breakdown plus office visit $318 down to the final amount owed $222.72, for ONE skin tag removal! My dermatologist friend could have removed it for free, but I didn't want to drive far to do it. Or, I should have stayed with the AD location closest to my home, but they were completed booked. They are very transparent, communicate and you pay for your service right after it's been completed which I tried to do in Aurora with the same girl who quoted me $50."
