"Great experience from top to bottom. Really liked the approach of Dr. Allen and her team. They alleviated my pain and took care of me at every point in the journey. Each appointment was on time. Would recommend without a hesitation."
"This place is and has been seeing my wife and honestly the staff and the doc are all above reproach in professionalism and excellence. We could not have found a better dr or location if we qere the richest people on earth. Thank you all for the amazing work you do and for caring about your work. It means so much to see Dr's and staff alike who love what they do."
"This place is amazing! They are so helpful and just want to care for ME like all medical offices should be! Dr. Thompson & his staff Kevin, Deondra, & Peyton all made me feel like i was practically family thank you!"
"Worst experience. My foot is in pain. Waited for this appointment. Had an address but had never been to 1444 S Potomac before or that area of town. No explanation given on area. Got lost. Google maps will tell you to look for Arkansas Drive which I don’t think exists. Once on Potomac, just start looking for a sign that has 1444. When I tried to call receptionist (2x) for guidance, direction, help, no one appeared to know where they were, area or could explain how to get there. They need to provide maps, diagrams, photos for first timers. Once you have been there once, different story. This is a street with many medical offices, hospitals, clinics etc. it is one lane each way and tons of white poles which does not depict another lane but a bike/pedestrian lane. You have to look for correct turn in. If you take wrong turn into wrong parking lot, you have to exit because that parking lot may not let you cross over. Some parking lots have specific entrance and exit only points. Parking can be hard to find if you need to park up close. When you finally get to building and second floor there will be a sign that does not show suite 230. You have to turn opposite direction and will find the office. The office door may be locked because patients accidentally lock door on their way out. If you are 15 minutes late, you have to reschedule even if clinician is not busy. But if you cancel, it has to be 24 hours in advance. No charge. If you can’t find another doctor and place for MRI, and it’s your first time, I would suggest planning to be there 30 minutes or more early to figure out the maze, find parking, and get checked in before they call 15 minutes late and then you have to reschedule, no exceptions, even if clinician is not busy. They are willing to accommodate your rescheduling even the next day, but they forget some people still work and aren’t retired and home all day waiting for appointments. There is no accommodation whatsoever if you are 15 minutes late, even if you called for directions and no one else is in office waiting to be seen."
