"Slow, bad service mind, not worth coming here. Go to other clinic if possible. My appointment is 1pm and now 2:02 pm i’m still waiting. I don’t understand why they tell people to come at the certain time and make them wait or just call them that they don’t accept any patients after you called them first and them said you can come. It’s suck to drive 40 mins to get here and then they cancelled your appointment. What a service!"

"This summer, I had a chance to see Dr, Haftu. For one of my family follow up. He is the most humble and kind person. He is well professional on his job and well educated person. I wish if I gave him five stars even more. But, me and my family’s wasn’t happy at the at the front desk service. The people at the waiting room almost all are complaining about the person who work at the counter. The lady who work at the counter was Dr Haftu waif’s. She He is completely rude and arrogant. She is not well educated. For me she completely forgot that she is running a business. Every time I go to the dr office. I hate the fact that she is working at front desk. So, because of her I change my family’s doctor. My family will miss Dr Haftu service and kindness. Good you all"

"The place is a mess and the doctor is unprofessional. Need to work their as..up to make it good. Don't recommend it to anyone. If you are out of options better you stay home. How on earth one go to a doctor who says I can't. Very frustrating. I won't go even for a very minor problem."
