"I arrived at 1:50 for a 2pm procedure that takes 15 minutes. The person at the counter said it'd be about an hour; they were "a little behind". At 3pm, I asked how much longer - she went in the back to ask Dr. Cheka. When she came back and told me, "He'll be done around 4:30pm." !!?Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!"
