"So this is my first experience with UC Health. As of now it is horrible and I hope it gets better. They sat on orders from my doctor for 3 weeks, no one ever reached to schedule my endoscopy/colonoscopy. I called them and they only had part of the orders. Had my doc re-fax that morning. Called later in the afternoon, the scheduler I spoke with said they didn't see the fax and to call back in 5 days, then he literally hung up on me. I called back spoke to a different rep and they found the fax. Now I have to wait another 2.5 weeks for this procedure. I could have had this done by now with another provider. Feels like Kaiser."

The facility is spotless and comfortable and while I don’t look forward to another colonoscopy, I absolutely recommend scheduling here!"

"My goodness, do not go here to see Dr. Austin. I have heard of doctors having terrible bedside manner, but never encountered it myself until today. Intensely combative, arrogant and dismissive. All of the things you would hope a doctor would not be. I’m so sad I waited a month to see this doctor when I could have scheduled somewhere else. I hope this review will at least save someone else the trouble."
