"Awful. Providers change about three times a year. Recently I had been exposed to strep (my daughter had it) and my throat was also sore. I called to make an appointment at 4:30 on Thursday for a check in time of 2:30 on Friday (LESS THAN 24 HOURS). I woke up the next morning and realized I needed urgent care, so I went. I called after to cancel my appointment at Aurora Womancare, as I no longer needed the strep test or antibiotics. They charged me $30 for cancelling with less than 24 hours notice - I didn’t even have 24 hours from when I scheduled!!! They did NOT tell me about this policy when I scheduled the appointment. I will absolutely be finding a new provider. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"
"Kendra is the best health care provider I have ever seen. She really takes the time to listen and address concerns. She takes extensive notes and genuinely cares."
"TERRIBLE. Been going here for around 6 years, used to be great. However, staff has been dropping the ball on appointments and even losing my bloodwork last time I was there. Office manager Anissa is nice but this is where the issues are happening. She made an appt with me for my last appt and when I showed up they had no appt (I need to drive 30 min to get there). When I insisted on being seen, I was placed in a room like a child to be asked “Andrea, how can we help you?”. They took my blood but it somehow got lost. Get better management."
"I’ve been going to this practice for 20 years, while things have changed since Dr. Bilthus left it’s still a good clinic. Some of the PA’s over the years haven’t been the best but Marybeth is good, and they have the worse time drawing my blood however, my concerns have always been addressed and they don’t over book…. This is a HUGE plus for me they never rush you out if the clinic or are too booked to see you. Never an issue with billing, they always have openings, it’s clean, and they return calls quickly. You don’t get this kind of service and care at a corporate Dr office. I will forever recommend aurora woman care."
"If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed with this practice. My wife had been going there for almost 10 years. We moved further away last year but she wanted to keep her consistent practice. She called today to make an appointment and was told that earlier last month they had sent a registered letter to our old address from Dr. Mata letting us know that since she had not been into the office this year they were terminating her as a patient. Are you kidding me? Who does this? We now need to find a new doctor in a short time that will see her and make sure her prescriptions can be filled without having a gap. It used to be a decent practice but no more. Run away!"
