"I would not recommend coming here for a drug test for a job the most unprofessional lady took my sample and then said my temperature was wrong and demanded me in the most rudely manner to pee right now and that someone would need to watch me urinate which is the most uncomfortable and violation of privacy thing I’ve ever been asked to do not only did they make a big deal about the sample they still sent it and it passed so I would definitely go somewhere more else that is more professional and cares about there customers"

"Only worked with one dr and she’s awesome but the headache of anyone at the front desk doing anything is tough. There’s a few really good ones but for the most part, good luck trying to get answers or anything. Once went over week of calling everyday and no one answering or returning calls."

"I'd give NO stars if i could. The new office staff have ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. They are unprofessional and the customer service is non-existent for "some" but not others who jump to the front of the line. I have PT appointments scheduled that I won't be returning for because of the treatment I received checking out. It's unfortunate the two women at the front desk can't multi-task and have damaged this location's reputation. Ms Jackie and Ms Mari created a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere and experience, busy or not. The (fellas) therapists were caring and amazing to work with for the six months I've been receiving treatment. How sad, two people can change a five star review to a one. Its not a good look for WorkWell, first impressions are key."

"The staff was kind and courteous, the Doctor was pleasant and informative. Would have given 4 stars but, I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes before being called back to be checked in by the Medical Assistant. Otherwise, it was a good visit."
