"I’ve had two visits at this clinic now and I will never return. My first time was amazing I had Botox done by Rob, he was patient, kind and very helpful. Rob asked me to show him the areas I disliked the most, he took his time and I had amazing results. But today I had an appointment with the owner (not Rob) I came in because of a special promotion being advertised on the happy clinic website. Not only was the price advertised not honored but I was rushed and treated poorly because I didn’t agree to the 50 units he suggested. Only half of my forehead was treated. I was only given 3 pokes in and was rushed in and out in less than 3 mins. Clearly the owner knew I wasn’t going to spend an outrageous amount of money there so he didn’t care. Please look elsewhere if you want your money and time to be valued. Also he was aggressive with the shots my mother had a bruise afree her injections, and my head has been pounding since I left. He was not gentle at all."

I used to only get laser treatments done by dermatologists, but Alfonso actually trains other people how to use them, and I’ve had much better resurfacing results with him! He’s also excellent at laser hair removal. If you want to take years off your face (and significantly slow down the aging process via maintenance and touch ups), he is your guy."
